Nancy Hawkins, owner and escrow officer, has been an escrow professional for over 20 years. Nancy's knowledge of escrow ranges from mobile homes to resale transactions. Her specialty is mobile/manufactured homes in parks and on permanent foundation. She has closed more than 1000 escrow a year all over the state of California.
Her unparalleled knowledge of mobile homes and expertise of handling and troubleshooting "clouded" or lost titles has earned her a well-deserved reputation of being one of the preeminent escrow professionals in processing mobile home escrows.

Sandy McDonald joined the field of escrow in 1976 in the San Fernando Valley and adapted quickly to the industry, finding a strong desire to train and study escrow practices. Her experience in the escrow profession has been in Residential, Shortsale, Commercial, Refinances, Construction, and Exchange transactions. Sandy has been an escrow officer in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1999 and enjoys participating in the local chapter of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association. She was elected as President of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association in 2009. Sandy is known for her professional, educated, and well-organized way of conducting business, Sandy's clients always feel a sense of well-being while working with her and always express a sense of enjoyment and comfort during the process of their escrow transaction. Sandy is dedicated to 100% customer service and works hard to achieve a successful and smooth closing.

Christy Sarrow has worked for Santa Clarita Valley Escrow for over 12 years, and directly under Nancy Hawkins as her assisstant in the mobile home division for 10 years. She enjoys the fast paced environment of the business and works hard to provide great customer service and smooth transactions for clients.

Christina Veluzat started working for Santa Clarita Valley Escrow, Inc. in 2002. She is an assistant to Sandy McDonald. In 2005 she received her Professional Designation as a Certified Escrow Technician from the California Escrow Association.

Diane Bullock is the receptionist, and the daughter of Nancy. She has been in the business for over 10 years.
