Nancy Hawkins, owner and Escrow Officer, has been an escrow professional for over 19 years. Nancy's knowledge ranges from Mobile Homes to Resale Escrows. Her specialty is Mobile and/or Manufactured homes. She processes escrows all over the State of California and she is particluarly good at solving title issues. She processes more than 1,000 escrows per year. Nancy is a member of the local chapter SCVEA, the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association, and has served on the board in various capacities and is a past president of this chapter. She is also a member of CEA, the California Escrow Associatio, and AEA, the American Escrow Association. Nancy believes the most important part of her job is to keep up with new laws and changes in the escrow industry.

Sandy McDonald, Escrow Officer and Office Manager joined the field of Escrow in 1976. She handles all types of escrows including Residential Resales, Refinances, Commercial, Construction Loans, REOs, Short Sales and Exchange Transactions. Sandy is a member of the local chapter of SCVEA, the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association, and has served on the board in various capacities. She is currentlly serving as Vice President of this organization and will be the incoming President for the 2009 year. She is also a member of CEA, the California Escrow Association, and AEA, the American Escrow Association. Sandy believes continuing education is essential in doing a good job and keeping up with changes in the escrow industry.

Delia Portillo began her professional career at a real office as a sales agent. In 2001, she made a move to the Antelope Valley area. This led to the change into the escrow business as an escrow assistant. In 2002, Delia was promoted to Escrow Officer with one of the largest escrow companies in the Valley.
