Santa Clarita Valley Escrow is a one-stop escrow service. The company was created in 1997 by Nancy Hawkins. She opened shop with about 6 girls and steadily began growing until in April of 2000 with having grown into 14 employees it was clearly time to move to a larger facility in Valencia, California where Santa Clarita Valley Escrow still resides and continues to grow.
